Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Edlora Travels, we understand that travel plans may change. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy is designed to be clear, fair, and flexible, while also ensuring we can deliver quality service and manage tour arrangements efficiently.
By booking a tour with Edlora Travels, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Cancellation Guidelines

Cancellations must be made in writing via email or our website’s contact form.
Cancellation requests are valid only upon written confirmation from Edlora Travels.
The applicable refund amount (if any) depends on the type of tour and the notice period provided before the scheduled tour date.

2. Cancellation Timeframes and Refunds

Note: Some tours, especially those involving third-party bookings (hotels, theme parks, etc.), may have stricter cancellation terms. Please refer to the specific tour listing for its policy.

3. Combo and Multi-Day Tours

If you cancel part of a combo tour, you will be charged for the completed parts and refunded (if applicable) for the remaining.
No refund is possible for partially used combo tours once they have started.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once booked or processed:

  • Tourist visa fees (if applicable)
  • Customized or private tours
  • Third-party tickets (e.g., themeparks, shows, special events)
  • Bank or transaction charges

5. No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up at the designated time and location on the tour day:

  • Your booking will be considered a no-show.
  • No refund or rescheduling will be provided.
  • This applies to transfers, activities, and ticketed events.

6. Rescheduling Requests

  • Rescheduling is allowed once (subject to availability) if requested more than 48 hours before the tour.
  • Less than 48 hours’ notice may incur rescheduling fees or may not be permitted.

7. Weather-Related Cancellations

In the rare case of weather-related disruptions (sandstorm, flooding, etc.):

  • Edlora Travels may cancel or reschedule your tour for safety.
  • You will be offered:
    • An alternative date
    • Or a full refund, if rescheduling is not possible

8. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
  • Any bank or payment gateway fees are non-refundable
