Thank you for choosing Edlora Travels for your UAE tour experience. By booking a tour package through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure you clearly understand the policies related to your tour.
All the terms mentioned below are applicable to bookings made via the Edlora Travels website.
1. Pricing
Our prices are calculated per person and are designed to offer convenience and affordability for online bookings. Unless stated otherwise, the prices listed do not include:
- Tips to drivers or guides
- Meals, beverages, or room service
- Visa fees, if applicable
- Travel insurance
- Entrance tickets for non-included attractions
All rates are subject to change without prior notice, especially in the case of fluctuations in hotel rates, government fees, or transport costs.
2. Methods of Payment
We accept all major credit/debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and others. Payment must be completed in full at the time of booking. Your credit card will reflect the charge under the name “Edlora Travels” or our authorized payment provider.
3. Confirmation of Payment
After a successful transaction, our travel consultant will email you a confirmation slip. This can be printed and used as proof of payment to redeem your tour. Please ensure your contact and booking details are accurate to avoid processing delays
4. Itinerary Amendments
Tour itineraries are subject to change due to weather, traffic, government regulations, or availability. In such cases, we will:
- Provide alternative options of similar value whenever possible.
- Notify you of changes before the tour whenever feasible.
- Not provide refunds for minor changes or natural events like sandstorms or floods.
5. Hotel Accommodation & Check-In Policy
If your tour includes hotel stays and we cannot secure your requested hotel, we will arrange an equivalent alternative. Please note:
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel policy and availability.
- Edlora Travels is not responsible for delays caused by hotel policies.
6. Travel Insurance
Edlora Travels does not offer travel insurance. We are not responsible for personal injury, illness, loss of belongings, or trip interruptions. We strongly recommend travelers obtain appropriate travel insurance before booking.
7. Travel Documents
Each traveler is responsible for carrying valid documents such as a passport or Emirates ID. No refunds will be issued if a traveler is denied service due to missing or incorrect documentation. Visitors should verify entry and health requirements before travel.
8. Website Usage Restrictions
All content on the Edlora Travels website—including text, images, tour details, and pricing—is owned by Edlora Travels. You may not copy, share, or exploit this content for any commercial, illegal, or unauthorized purposes.
9. Delivery & Shipping Policy
Edlora Travels does not deliver or ship any physical products. All services are delivered electronically via email or SMS. We do not offer any services or bookings for individuals or entities listed on OFAC-sanctioned lists as per UAE law.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All transactions, bookings, disputes, or legal matters arising from this website will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates
